His research interests include hydrodynamics, naval architecture, underwater gliders, numerical analysis. Currently working on numerical and experimental analysis of the hydrodynamic characteristics of Underwater Gliders.

CFD Investigation on the Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Blended Wing Unmanned Underwater Gliders with Emphasis on the Control Surfaces
The sweep angle of the main wing of a blended wing autonomous underwater glider configuration is varied as 10⁰, 15⁰, 30⁰, 45⁰ and 60⁰ and the resulting hull forms are numerically simulated to arrive at an optimum Lift-to-drag ratio for increased endurance.
